Ensure Patient Safety First

Verify the Reported Power Issue
Confirm the exact complaint:
- Will not power on

Expected outcome: The issue is clearly defined before parts or internal failure are suspected.
Check the Wall Outlet
Plug another approved test device or outlet tester into the same receptacle.
Confirm the outlet is live and not controlled by a wall switch, emergency circuit issue, loose receptacle, or tripped power strip.
