Step-by-Step Troubleshooting

Ensure Staff Safety

Confirm the sterilizer chamber is not pressurized and no personnel are near the unit. Avoid burns or injury when opening doors or handling hot water.

Check Drain Pathway and Connections

Inspect the external drain hose for kinks, clogs, or improper connections. Ensure the hose is properly seated and water can flow freely.
